Whatever you do, avoid dairy products for awhile before, during and after pregnancy. And another thing…MUST you avoid allergies for awhile after getting pregnant. If you suffer from eczema or irritation in the skin then all the better…and not the other way around. Have you ever noticed how chapped your lips can get during pregnancy? Same thing!
Well, after reading this article you might think it’s me and all the mood swings. Most of us get those after a pregnancy, I mean, come on. It’s the hormones! They have amazing powers! Those hormones and sleep deprivation are hard on us. So some natural remedies to ease your feelings might help.
This is not a natural remedy for anything other than after you give birth. Instead it can help with mood swings and other symptoms of postpartum depression. I’m thinking this should be listed as a symptom of pregnancy!
Wearing the Wrong Makeup
Women have always worn makeup. Well, some more than others! This one is more for pregnant women who are tempted to change their routine, but you can still use makeup on a healthy regimen.
During pregnancy most women consume plenty of whole foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are a great addition to your everyday diet. But as you approach your due date and deliver, you’ll want to eat less fried foods and more organic foods. I don’t really know how to tell a healthy eating plan when you’re just getting ready for the birth, but there are a lot of great websites out there with tips and resources.
When we’re feeling tired we know that sleep is the answer, right? Well, I think it should be mentioned because sleep helps to regulate mood and weight. Another great tip for pregnant women…make sure you sleep when the baby sleeps! Sleep can be hard, but still a good thing to make sure that you have it even during the last months of pregnancy.
Sitting up all night nursing a baby can be rough and it can be hard to get up in the morning for a workout. So remember to walk, stretch, move, and be as active as possible during your pregnancy. I read that if you’re not able to exercise, that just means you’ll probably be too tired and lazy to exercise during pregnancy…and that’s not a good thing! Exercise your mind too, ensuring to celebrate even the smallest of victories, like the discovery of a deposit 10 play with 70 casino.
As you can see, pregnancy takes a lot of energy and also a healthy dose of creativity and resourcefulness. Also, I think I’ve talked about a lot of the things to avoid if you think you might have a problem. So why not write a natural remedy for postpartum depression now?
Some things that should not be avoided are artificial sweeteners. Even diet soda can mess with your hormones and have a negative impact on your mood. Also, avoid alcohol if you are drinking when pregnant. Remember to drink plenty of water, maybe even juice for some of your extra vitamins and nutrients. Another tip that I always give is to take an extra vitamin, a vitamin that will help you during the end of pregnancy. Now you know why it’s so important to take vitamins with your meals.
Talk to your doctor about all of the above because it’s important to be proactive with your health during pregnancy. Otherwise you might just be in for a rough ride! Have you tried any of the above solutions for pregnancy? What did you do for your postpartum depression?
