If you want to stay toned for fitting in your cute and stylish maternity clothes, make sure you take some time out for yoga. A normal exercise routine can get more difficult the farther into your pregnancy you get.
Yoga will help you stay flexible, and it’s something that you can also continue to do once your baby is born. You can even do yoga with your baby.
